Cancellation Policy


A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.  A deposit guarantees the entire period reserved.


A refund will be given if you cancel more than seven days before your arrival–less a $25 service charge. If you would like to reschedule (as long as it is more than 7 days in advance of arrival), we can apply the whole deposit towards another stay.

You are responsible for any part of your reservation that is not re-rented if you cancel less than seven days before your check-in date. If you cancel less than 7 days in advance of your arrival date and we are able to re-rent your reservation, you will receive a Gift Certificate for the amount of your deposit–less a $25 service charge.

We regret that we cannot make exceptions for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal sickness or injury, family emergencies, etc. as a cause for cancellation. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. ****We highly encourage guests to consider purchasing outside trip insurance in the event an emergency arises that impedes your travel plans.****

Please note that any extras that are ordered have our same 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel extras less then 7 days in advance, you are responsible for the cost of those extras.

Misc. Policies:

  • We are NON-SMOKING - as are all lodging places in the state of Wisconsin. A $250 cleaning & airing fee will be charged to any room that is found to have been smoked in. Thank you for your understanding.
  • DAMAGES POLICY - We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damages caused by deliberat, negligent or reckless acts of the guest. Should damages come to light after the guest has checked out, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit /debit card or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.  We also reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by the guest without consent. 
  • We have some pet friendly rooms at our Lake Geneva location. These rooms are identified on our website. Please  contact us if you require more information.
  • We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate children. We can, however, make some excellent suggestions for other places to stay if you are traveling with children.
